Well what can I say... It's my favorite movie!!! 
, so now I just will describe how I did make this doll...
I sculpted her head, chest and hands (I don't use molds) with polymer clay (outside parts) and cold porcelain (inside), and she has a styrofoam cone like base or legs.
Her outside dress was sewed to machine also the sleeves from the inside dress, and the rest directly pasted to the body, all these little details were really hard to make.
Finally She stands in a nice wood base.
Her Total size is: 12 1/2 inches
She is wearing her Blood red dress, used in 'The Return of the King' I just used black velvet fabric instead of the original dark blue navy color in the movie.

I apologize for the late reply. I took a look at your recent submissions and I must say... your sewing is great! The dolls themselves too, of course... but sewing these costumes sure must be difficult. So... nice job on them!
